The Jackson Safety TrueSight 2 is truly a phenomenal piece of equipment. Jackson welding helmets are known for their superior optics and big viewing area, but the TrueSight 2 is in a whole other realm of quality. With a viewing area of 3.25″ x 4″ (the biggest in the Jackson lineup) and featuring Balder technology this hood is meant for the serious welder. Its high density plastic shell is rugged enough for the harshest conditions and can withstand a pretty good beating. The hood is a bit expensive but rightly so, it’s feature rich and you wont have to buy another one probably ever. The TrueSight 2 has modes for grind, torch and weld and the digital controls make adjusting everything a breeze. If you’re a professional welder and need something that will outperform your expectations, this hood is all you’ll ever need.
